The territory of the Uldurginsky reserve is located in the Karymsky region and belongs to the drainage basin of the Amur River. The reserve was created in order to preserve the natural ecosystems of the Trans-Baikal Territory, maintain the ecological balance, preserve and restore rare and endangered species of plants and animals. This plot of 3 hectares was damaged by a fire in 2010 and needs to be restored. In the spring of 2018, it is planned to plant 12,000 larch seedlings on it, which will return the ecosystem to its original appearance.

Hello! It's time to share with you the good news about the survival of our forest. More than 90% of seedlings strengthened in the soil and went to growth. This was facilitated by the abundant humidity, which the larches love and competent agrotechnical care, which was conducted by the staff of the Uldurginsky sanctuary.
